We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex, large-scale fit-out projects and will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from design to completion, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards.
Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for all phases of the project.
Oversee the coordination of all project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.
Ensure the effective management of resources and materials throughout the project.
Monitor and track project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all projects comply with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and building codes.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and control costs, providing solutions to prevent budget overruns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out or construction industry (3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and design principles.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
