Furniture carpenter and Spray Painter Jobs in Dubai at Tiger Decor LLC
A vacancy is available for a full-time position with a leading technology and business media and event platform based in UAE.
The position will have overlooking of HR, Admin, Operation and Events.
The candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
– Work closely with the CEO and assist with any requests
– Create presentations in PowerPoint, prepare reports, minutes of meetings, etc. whatever in Dubai or abroad during business trips
– Assist in handling yearly summit and other events in coordination with Event Coordinator
– Handling staff files, hiring and employment process, tracking annual leaves and all matters related to HR
– Manage company renewals such as lease, trade license, parking, etc.
– Control general operation of whole company and work closely with each department
– Arrange travels, including bookings and itineraries for the CEO
– Be ready for travel when it will be required
– Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
– Good & Professional attitude and appearance
– Excellent organizational skills
– Fluent in English
– Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy or equivalent
– Have 2-3 years of Administration experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
