An elite US law firm is seeking an outstanding Funds Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its growing Abu Dhabi office.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading investment funds practice advising a sophisticated international client base, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors across the Middle East and beyond.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in investment funds.
- Experience gained at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm.
- Strong technical expertise across fund formation, structuring and related regulatory matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and first-rate drafting and communication skills.
- The ability to work directly with high-profile clients on complex, cross-border transactions.
