Functional Consultant – ERP

We are the creators of EQUAL a scalable, fully integrated ERP solution with modules spanning HRMS, Property Management, CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management), Building Maintenance, and Cleaning Management.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ERP Functional Consultant with domain experience across HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance to lead client engagement, deliver product demos, and manage end-to-end requirement collection for EQUAL ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand organizational processes across HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance functions
- Deliver EQUAL ERP product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Gather, document, and validate business/software requirements
- Map client business processes to EQUAL module functionalities (HRMS, Maintenance/CAFM, Procurement)
- Liaise with technical/development teams for customization and implementation
- Conduct gap analysis between client needs and standard EQUAL ERP offerings
- Support testing (UAT), client training, and go-live activities
- Prepare SRS/BRD documents, workflows, and functional specifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in one or more of: HR, Recruitment, Procurement, Maintenance/Facility Management modules
- Sound understanding of software requirement gathering methodologies
- Mandatory prior experience in the IT/Software industry
- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
