We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces, provide product knowledge, and help close sales to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, understanding their furniture needs and preferences.
Present and explain furniture features, styles, materials, and pricing.
Guide customers through the selection process, offering design suggestions when needed.
Process sales transactions, including handling invoices, payments, and order documentation.
Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal by arranging furniture displays attractively.
Stay updated on current furniture trends, promotions, and product specifications.
Follow up with potential customers and assist in post-sale services such as delivery coordination and after-sales support.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote products effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in furniture sales, retail, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
Basic knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and design trends.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in sales, business, or interior design is a plus).
