Head of Operations

A leading corporate service provider is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee and enhance operational efficiency, manage a large team, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize business processes, managing a team of 20+ employees, and ensuring operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and align with business goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ employees to achieve high performance.
Process Optimization: Enhance operational policies, workflows, and service delivery.
Performance & Compliance: Track KPIs, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain service quality.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in operations management, preferably in corporate services.
Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading teams of 20+ employees.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Communication: Excellent English (written & verbal) skills to engage with stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with operational tools and workflow optimization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
