Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling and Rendering:
Develop detailed 3D models and renderings using 3D Max based on client specifications and project briefs.
Ensure accurate representation of textures, materials, and lighting in designs.
Graphic Enhancement:
Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance renderings, edit images, and create professional presentation visuals.
Combine graphic design and 3D elements for impactful visual storytelling.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design requirements and project timelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials as needed.
Project Management:
Ensure all designs align with project deadlines and maintain consistent quality standards.
Manage file organization and ensure that deliverables meet technical and aesthetic standards.
Client Interaction:
Participate in client meetings to discuss design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Prepare and present design mock-ups for client approval.
Innovation and Updates:
Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and new techniques in 3D design and rendering.
Experiment with innovative approaches to enhance the visual appeal of projects.

Proven experience as a 3D Max designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and graphic editing.
ï‚· Technical Skills:
Expertise in Autodesk 3D Max, including modeling, texturing, and rendering.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement.
Familiarity with other design tools like AutoCAD, Illustrator, or SketchUp is a plus.
