Fruits & Vegetables Supervisor / Buyer – Dubai
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Fruits & Vegetables Supervisor to manage and develop our fresh produce section.
Key REsponsibilities:
– Handle daily purchasing of fruits and vegetables, ensuring freshness and quality
– Negotiate with suppliers and optimize purchasing prices
– Manage stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure proper rotation
– Organize and maintain an attractive and well-stocked display at all times
– Lead and supervise the fruits & vegetables team
– Develop creative ideas such as fresh juices, fruit platters, and ready-to-eat options
– Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and high presentation standards
– Monitor sales performance and improve product visibility
Requirements:
– Experience in fruits & vegetables (supermarket or wholesale market)
– Strong knowledge of product quality, seasonality, and pricing
– Good negotiation skills
– Hands-on, active, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Team management skills
– Creative mindset for product presentation and new ideas
