Commodity Trading Company located in Dubai is hiring Personal Assistant / Office Associate Personal Executive Assistant, full -time. Candidate must be located in Dubai. English/Russian speaker.
Office Manager
duties and responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
Assists with business correspondence
completes clerical tasks for senior-level staff members including answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
Maintain business files
Prepare conference rooms
Office manager perform a variety of administrative tasks
Office Management Tasks
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Requirements:
Min 2 Years or Experience in UAE in shipping/ trading company
High business ethic standards
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and slide show presentation
Professional writing and communication skills
Experience working with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Workspace
Committed, Flexible, and Reliable
Presentable
Fluent spoken, written English and Russian.
