Front Office Duty Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, satisfaction, and revenue maximization.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance service quality and achieve operational goals.
  • Handle front desk activities: answer inquiries, maintain guest records, and support administrative processes.
  • Resolve complaints, maintain cleanliness, ensure guest privacy, and enforce hotel standards and procedures.
  • Maintain safety compliance and produce reporting for lounge or food and beverage operations.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and HR activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office or hospitality related environment.
  • Degree in tourism or hospitality; proficiency in Arabic and English required.
  • UAE or Emirati nationality preferred for administrative roles.
