The Role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible for assisting with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, the executive floor, communication center, or concierge.
Ideally, candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations is required.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
