Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role. As a receptionist, you will manage front desk activities and operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing essential support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet, receive, and direct visitors with professionalism.

– Answer, forward, and manage incoming calls.

– Receive and handle mail and packages.

– Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and bookings.

– Assist with filing, data entry, and inventory management.

– Request and manage office supplies.

– Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant information.

– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

– Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role.

– Knowledge of hospitality etiquette.
