Front Office Duty Manager Jobs in Dubai at XIDA Hotel Management L.L.C.

Our company is looking for a Civil Engineer with 3-4 years Experience in Dubai, UAE in Construction / Contracting with Maintenance background.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
Ensure that work is executed according to project plans, schedules, specifications, and regulations.
Review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with HSE guidelines and local regulations.
Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and costs.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports.
Document any changes to the project scope, timelines, or resources.
Monitor project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial limits.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Quickly address any issues or challenges on-site to avoid delays or costly mistakes.
Work with designers and engineers to adjust project designs in response to unforeseen challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
3-4 years Experience in construction project management, , Contracting with maintenance preferably in Dubai.
Must have Renovation and Maintenance experience.
Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and construction standards.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project).
Proficiency in Excel for making BOQ and Outlook for Official Emails is a MUST.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. (Fluent in speaking English is a must)
Familiarity with health and safety guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and teams effectively.
With Valid UAE Driving License.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
