Front Office Associate (Arabic Speaker) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Gravity Hotels & Resorts Management

Front Office Associate :

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a Front Office, Reception, or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Prologic, Opera, or similar platforms, is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Hotel Receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory required
