Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front office with prior Qatar experience to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience working in a fast-paced office or hospitality environment in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments and provide basic administrative support
- Receive, record, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures
- Support day-to-day office operations as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years receptionist or front desk experience in Qatar (mandatory)
- Familiar with Qatar workplace culture and professional standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic systems)
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship preferred
