Job description
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Front of House (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team at Warehouse Gym!
As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional gym experience. You will assist members, handle enquiries, support membership sales, and ensure smooth front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude
- Provide front desk support, including handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Communicate with Arabic-speaking members and provide assistance in Arabic and English
- Support members with class bookings, account enquiries, and general requests
- Conduct gym tours for potential members and explain membership options and benefits
- Support membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, follow-ups, and customer engagement
- Process new memberships, renewals, payments, and related documentation accurately
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Update CRM/member management systems and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the team to achieve customer service and membership targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, front desk, or hospitality roles
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to support membership growth
- Well-organised with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM, POS, or membership management systems is preferred
- Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, and online booking systems
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for fitness and a positive team-player attitude!
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
