Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic

1. Front Office Management: Ensuring availability at reception area and welcoming guests;
Managing the board line calls.

2. Travel and Accommodation:

Arranging/preparing the invitation letters for the employees travelling.

Managing the travel and hotel bookings directly and through the HR in region.

Arranging airport picks and drop offs.

Booking accommodation for guests either in our guesthouse or hotels.

Monitoring guest house housekeeping regularly.

3. Courier and Mail Management:

Managing the dispatch and receipt of all the mails/couriers.

4. Facility Management:

Keep track of facility service due dates.

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Car maintenance – servicing of cars and management.

VC rooms and training rooms booking.

Office cleanliness, welfare, and regular supervision.

Keep track of vendor contracts.

Documentation and Time and Attendance management.

5. Pantry Operations: Ensuring smooth pantry operation, cleanliness, and guest servicing.

6. Employee Engagement: Arrange quarterly CSR and employee engagement activities.

Skills:

Fluent in both Arabic & English.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage in-house activities by applying suitable time management and scheduling strategies.

Excellent track record of handling all duties and responsibilities that fall under the receptionist job profile.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Adhering to corporate etiquette by following appropriate dressing style and presentation.
