Job Description
To assist the Front Office team with all reception-related tasks while focusing on personalized service to the guests. Playing a key role in VIP procedures. Making sure all guests are satisfied with their stay through follow-ups and providing the highest level of service while adhering to all MGallery standards.

What you will be doing:
Be present in the reception or lobby during check-in and check-out times or any event and socialize with guests.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and enjoy their stay by offering the finest personal service.
Respect guest privacy and confidentiality of information.
Review all guest arrivals daily, ensure VIPs are properly flagged, and preferences are updated.
Prepare amenities sheets daily and coordinate with F&B to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with FOM on special VIP cards and ensure they are placed in rooms along with amenities before arrival.
Handle guest complaints professionally, resolve issues, and record feedback.
Consult with AFOM or FOM on serious cases or when approvals are needed.
Report all guest comments or complaints.
Assist in other duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and guests to anticipate their needs.
Handle guest requests in person, via phone, or email, always following MGallery etiquette and standards.
Qualifications
Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred.
0-2 years related experience.
Strong customer service skills required.
Strong organizational skills required.
