Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner, managing front desk operations, and ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate department based on their needs. The role also involves providing initial assistance and helping resolve customer issues or referring them to the concerned department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Direct clients to the appropriate departments (Claims, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Follow up with clients to ensure they receive the required service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them when possible or escalating when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with different departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Enter basic customer data when required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic English skills required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Basic computer skills.
