Lulu Properties is seeking a dependable and

customer-focused

Front Office Executive  to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment. This role involves greeting visitors, handling communications, and supporting the management team with essential office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:

Reception & Visitor Management Warmly welcome visitors and clients to the office and ensure they feel comfortable. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members in a professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Perform basic filing, data entry, and paperwork as required.  Office Support & Maintenance Prepare and serve coffee or refreshments for management and during meetings.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office space, including supplies and pantry items. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus. Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred. Strong

communication

and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain

attention to detail

. Positive and professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility.
