*Job Summary*
Dubai-based automotive manufacturing company is hiring *Arabic-speaking Graduates* as Junior Sales Coordinator for the tendering team.
Great opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in automotive sales + tendering. *Complete training will be provided.* Must be available to join immediately.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Assist in processing RFQs/tenders from OEMs & Tier-1 automotive clients
- Support in preparing technical quotations & BOQ
- Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients for requirements & clarifications
- Handle communication with local UAE clients & govt entities in Arabic
- Maintain tender tracker, update CRM, organize bid documents
- Support ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive clients
*Must-Have Requirements for Immediate Joining*
- *Qualification:* *Any Graduate* from recognized university
- *Language:* Fluent in Arabic – speaking, reading, writing – *Mandatory*
- *Experience:* 0-1 year | Freshers welcome. Internship/project experience is a plus
- *Notice period:* Immediate / Serving notice / Max 15 days
- *Technical skills:* Basic understanding of sales, coordination, and documentation
- *Software:* Good in Excel, MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory
