Our National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) provides a framework of standards and effective guidelines for a competence-based training and development program. It guides and supports the National Graduate to acquire the target position competence level requirements.
The Individual Development Plan (IDP) is designed with a number of phased progress reviews that are developed in accordance with a range of core and generic Competence Level Requirements (CLR). These are used in assessing the Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD) for the target position, enabling our Qatari Graduates to become fully qualified professionals and positively contribute to Qatarization planned targets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills)
- Excellent computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
