We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) management, auditing, and training functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, compliance, and staff development, ensuring that all operational procedures are adhered to efficiently, audits are conducted in line with industry standards, and training is effectively delivered to enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Management:
Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that SOPs are aligned with operational goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all procedures are well-documented, accurate, and accessible.
Audit Oversight:
Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
Develop audit reports and provide actionable insights to management on compliance, risk, and performance gaps.
Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring timely preparation and completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies during the audit process.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs based on SOPs and audit findings to ensure employees understand and follow procedures effectively.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to enhance employee performance and knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to meet business and operational needs.
Team Management:
Supervise and support a team of SOP coordinators, auditors, and trainers.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and present reports on SOP compliance, audit findings, and training outcomes to senior management.
Ensure that all SOP-related documentation is maintained in an organized, accurate, and up-to-date manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
