Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for ProjeTrek.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role (5-7 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT project management services or willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
