Job Description: Business Development Executive – Holiday Homes Division
Prival Homes is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Holiday Homes Division. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business, using your persuasive sales skills and expert negotiation abilities to secure new contracts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be generating leads, fostering partnerships, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates for our portfolio of holiday homes.

Set up & execute holiday homes business model & marketing strategy.
Identify new business opportunities through thorough research, effective networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize holiday homes revenues.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable vacation home rental solutions.
Meet ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Collaborate closely with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
