What You'll Do
- Concept social-first ideas across multiple sports clients, brands and major events.
- Build platform-native content that drives conversation, engagement and attendance.
- Create monthly content plans and reactive content calendars.
- Write social copy that feels fresh, funny and on brand.
- Work closely with creatives, designers and producers to bring ideas to life.
- Cover live sporting events, capturing content and reacting in real time.
- Develop ideas with athletes, partners and talent that people actually want to share.
What You'll Bring
- Experience creating social content within an agency, sports organisation or entertainment brand.
- A genuine obsession with sport and social media.
- A portfolio full of ideas, not just posts.
- Strong concepting skills across multiple sports and audiences.
- Experience creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts.
- Confidence shooting, editing and creating short-form video.
- Excellent copywriting and a strong instinct for what people will engage with.
- The ability to move fast without compromising quality.
