About Us
THE WINGS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is a Dubai-based engineering consultancy providing Architectural Design, Interior Design, Structural Design, MEP Design, Authority Approvals, and Project Management services across the UAE.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients including property owners, developers, contractors, and businesses.
- Generate leads for architectural, interior design, engineering consultancy, and authority approval services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, architecture, interior design, or real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Existing network within the UAE construction or real estate sector is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
