Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and management, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
✅ Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
✅ Manage and maintain property listings, contracts, and agreements.
✅ Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and appointments for agents and clients.
✅ Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and property listings.
✅ Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other real estate documentation.
✅ Assist in handling RERA documentation and other legal requirements.
✅ Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
✅ Support the HR and accounts team with real estate-related transactions.
✅ Stay updated with Dubai real estate market regulations and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Administrator in a real estate company (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of RERA laws, real estate contracts, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
