About Us: We are looking for an ambitious and results-drivenFreelance Sales Executive to join our team. This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to drive revenue growth while building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Job Objectives:
Meet or exceed the target sales quota and revenue for safety and soft skills training services.
Expand the company’s network and increase the corporate client database.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing client accounts and develop new relationships to drive revenue growth, focusing on safety training and soft skills training services.
Meet or exceed targets relating to revenue, activities, profit margins, customer retention, and customer acquisition.
Consistently meet and exceed set sales quotas and revenue goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of new clients for both safety and soft skills training services.
Expand the company’s market share by identifying and securing new clients in various industries, introducing them to our training programs.
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish a rapport, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and follow up on quotations.
Customize training proposals to meet the specific needs of clients in the safety and soft skills sectors.
Assist in expanding and evolving our training offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
Conduct surveys and gather client feedback on training programs, offering recommendations for course improvements based on their needs.
Ensure our safety and soft skills training programs remain relevant and effective for clients’ ongoing development.
Visit clients as necessary to understand their needs, offer solutions, and resolve any complaints related to training programs.
Work Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales, preferably in the training or corporate education industry (safety training and/or soft skills training).
Education & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Education, etc.) or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of safety training and soft skills training programs is a plus.
Strong understanding of the training market and industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
