Remote Talent Research Specialist (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Are you skilled at identifying standout professional profiles online? We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a background in talent research or sourcing to support projects across the GCC region. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity designed for professionals who enjoy independent, focused work.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for researching and sourcing high-quality professional profiles using platforms such as Linked In, Whats App, and email. This position is purely research-focused-no involvement in interviews, negotiations, or candidate management. Those steps are handled by our internal team.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in sourcing, research, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail when identifying relevant profiles
Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter or similar tools is a plus
We provide the necessary training, and templates to help you succeed in the role. Whether you’re located in the GCC or elsewhere, this position offers the flexibility to set your own hours and work remotely.
