Freelance Recruiter Jobs in UAE at Qureos Inc
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us attract and hire the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles. This is a flexible and remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making job offers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
