*About the Role:*
We are looking for a skilled and experienced *Maintenance Technician* to handle all maintenance-related tasks for our apartments. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot, repair, and ensure all facilities are in top working condition, maintaining a high standard of living for tenants.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment issues.
– Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure everything is in working order.
– Handle emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
– Maintain records of repairs and upkeep schedules.
– Work independently and take responsibility for all maintenance-related duties without supervision.
– Ensure the apartments remain in excellent condition for tenant satisfaction.
*Requirements:*
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in residential or real estate settings.
– Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
– Ability to diagnose and fix maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
– Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling tasks independently.
– Experience in managing multiple apartments is a plus
