Freelance Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment Jobs in Dubai at Mount Institute of Business Development
Mount Institute of Business Development (MIBD), Dubai, is seeking a results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to recruit students for our academic and professional programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate student enquiries through your own database, network, connections, and independent marketing activities.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up with leads and support them throughout the enrolment process.
- Achieve the monthly target of confirmed student enrolments.
- Coordinate with the MIBD Admissions Team for applications and documentation.

Requirements:
- Experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, sales, or business development is preferred. (4+ Years)
- An established network or access to potential student leads.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- Candidates must generate leads through their own sources and connections.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Work arrangement:
- Remote working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexible option to work from or visit the office.
- Initially a freelance, commission-based position with no fixed salary.
Compensation:
- Potential earnings of AED 25,000 per month upon achieving the target.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
