Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded individual to support the identification, outreach, and onboarding of international franchise brands into the UAE market. The role combines business development coordination with executive and administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development
Identify and research international franchise and brand concepts suitable for the UAE market.
Lead initial outreach and communication with franchise brands and their regional/global representatives.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchise partners across sectors.
Prepare brand summaries, opportunity briefs, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate follow-ups and manage ongoing correspondence with potential partners.
Support due diligence efforts and liaise with legal and commercial teams as discussions progress.
Track franchise industry trends, competitor activity, and new market entrants.
Executive & Administrative Support.
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior management.
Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and related logistics.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
Handle incoming communications professionally and efficiently.
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
