Job Summary:
Aboosto is seeking an experienced Perfumery Expert & Brand Lead to spearhead our perfume business unit. This role requires a deep understanding of olfaction, fragrance formulation, brand building, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will develop a strong perfume line, oversee product development, and implement innovative strategies to position Aboosto as a leading fragrance brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fragrance Development & Expertise
Lead the creation of unique and marketable fragrance blends tailored to customer preferences.
Collaborate with fragrance houses and suppliers to source high-quality raw materials.
Stay ahead of trends in the fragrance industry, consumer behavior, and scent preferences.
Conduct olfactory evaluations and testing to ensure superior product quality.
2. Brand Building & Market Strategy
Develop and execute a brand strategy that positions Aboosto as a top-tier perfume brand.
Define the brand identity, storytelling, and marketing direction for fragrance products.
Work with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, packaging, and promotions.
Establish partnerships with influencers, retailers, and distributors to expand brand reach.
3. Business Development & Sales Growth
Lead the expansion of the perfume business unit by identifying new sales channels and retail opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to drive sales performance.
Set pricing strategies, sales targets, and profitability goals for the fragrance division. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain, inventory, and production management.
Build and lead a team of fragrance specialists and brand representatives.
Train staff on scent composition, customer experience, and storytelling to enhance
product knowledge.
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the perfume division.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in perfumery, fragrance formulation, or scent branding.
Strong knowledge of olfactory science, essential oils, and perfume composition.
We require someone with 5 to 10 years of experience with big brands, who is willing to travel extensively.
Experience in brand building, product development, and marketing strategies.
Business acumen with a track record of growing a perfume or beauty brand.
Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and position products effectively.
