Position Overview
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting leadership in making informed strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategy
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and explain variances
- Prepare monthly management reports and executive summaries
- Partner with department heads to align financial plans with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Support scenario planning and investment analysis
- Enhance reporting processes and tools for better efficiency
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing with analytical insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
