Job Title: FP&A Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract Duration: 6-12 months (with possible extension)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team on a contract basis (6-12 months) in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent, with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. A strong command of IFRS, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on financial performance, highlighting key trends and insights for decision-making.
Cost & Profitability Analysis: Assess cost structures, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and evaluate profitability metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Scenario Modeling & Sensitivity Analysis: Support management with scenario planning, business case analysis, and investment feasibility studies.
Process Improvement: Assist in automating and streamlining financial reporting and forecasting processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and company policies in all financial reporting activities.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Experience: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial analytics tools experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail with a strategic mindset.

Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
