Facilico facilities management is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring smooth HR operations in line with UAE labor laws.”
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new employees.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Process resignations, terminations and end of contract cases.
Conduct exit interviews
Ensure timely cancellation of visas an work permits.
Support performance management, including probation reviews, annual appraisals, and
3. HR Compliance & Documentation
Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, payroll records, and visa-related documentation.
Manage Hr reports, tracking key hr metrics such as headcount, attrition.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally.
Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture.
Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and welfare programs.
5. General HR Administration
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
