Our products are already in the market, and manufacturing is actively underway. We are now seeking a visionary Co-Founder to help scale Ruh Al Fann into a globally recognized luxury brand.
This is not a traditional job opportunity—it is a founding role with meaningful equity, long-term ownership, and the opportunity to build a legacy brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do
-Shape the brand’s identity, vision, and global positioning.
-Lead strategic partnerships, retail expansion, and fundraising efforts.
-Drive growth and operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
-Work closely with the Founder on long-term business strategy.
-Grow into a CEO-level leadership role as the company scales.

-Based in Saudi Arabia or deeply connected to the region.
-Experienced in luxury branding, fashion, retail, or creative ventures.
-Well-networked among retailers, investors, government stakeholders, or industry leaders.
-Proven track record in raising capital and building strategic partnerships.
-Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and committed to long-term value creation.
