Founder Content Creator & Videographer – Dubai (On-site) Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Paul Newstone
We’re looking for a Dubai-based Founder Content Creator & Videographer to become the visual storyteller behind a growing personal brand. This isn’t a marketing coordinator or editor-only role – you’ll be embedded with the founder, filming and editing content end-to-end, directing shoots, and helping shape a brand’s story across social media.
Think less “social media manager,” more founder-embedded storyteller.
What You’ll Do

- Film and edit short-form content end-to-end (no handoffs – you own the full process)
- Direct the founder during shoots to get the best, most authentic footage
- Develop hooks, story angles, and recurring series ideas – spotting a story in an ordinary business day
- Publish across Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, adapting content per platform
- Track performance (watch time, completion, saves, shares) and iterate based on what’s working
- Maintain organized raw footage, project files, and a running content/idea board
