Description
You as a Foreman – Testing will be part of Hitachi Energy High Voltage Business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be supporting the testing team in leading the execution of medium to large and complex GIS projects by managing testing technicians.
Your responsibilities
Able to quickly adapt to the testing line to ensure the required output on time without hazards, with utmost care for safety.
Achieve daily targets and complete work on time with quality.
Coordinate with the testing engineer regarding quality issues in the testing line.
Maintain awareness about the product and engage the technicians under your supervision.
Have knowledge and understanding of Hitachi GIS products and resolve issues in the testing line.
Be aware of the mechanical testing products of ACTAS and MES standards.
Attend SFM meetings to stay updated on ongoing activities, achieve daily targets, and report to the testing engineer.
Monitor line consumables and ensure tools are maintained.
Work in shifts and maintain 5S standards in the testing line.
Be responsible for NCR and customer order movements within the MES application.
Understand the concept of Lean organization and its principles.

Your background
Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in project execution of similar projects, including leading and coordinating with external customers.
Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
