Forklift Plant Operator Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Confidential Company
Filling and storage of cylinder, bulk gas and liquid products ex Dubai, such that all operations are carried out in accordance with company operating, quality and safety procedures and standards and with national and local legislation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
Responsibilities include:
Handling of cylinders in the yard, loading and offloading trucks for both APME and customers.
Refurbishment and maintenance of cylinders including hydrostatic tests, valuing, devaluing, painting, cleaning, and all activities related to cylinder refurbishment.
Cleaning of the yard and filling plant.
Controlling and regulating the quality and capability of gas products, plant production adjustments, responsible for the calibration of the analyzer, production loading, safety inspections, and general inspections.
Assisting supervisors, managers, and shift leaders to complete the maintenance of plant equipment and other assigned tasks.
Maintaining safety stock and revalidating.
Loading and offloading of trucks.
Cylinder movement between storage areas and filling hoods.
Yard arrangement and maintaining storage locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic operating knowledge of ERP systems.
Good communication and motivational skills.
Familiarity with the merchant gas business.
Good knowledge of safety protocols.
Honest, hard-working, and willing to make efforts for self-actualization.
