Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Machine Operator & Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming laser cutting and engraving machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program laser cutting/engraving machines & vinyl cutting, large-format printing, and lamination machines based on project requirements.
Read and interpret design files, job sheets, and specifications engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs for precise cutting and engraving.
Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform calibration for optimal performance.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machines.
Work with various materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, and plastic for cutting and engraving.
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished product including lamination of prints for durability and quality finish.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while working with machinery.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Laser Machine Operator & Programmer.
Strong knowledge of laser cutting, machine printing, engraving techniques, and material properties.
Compensation & Benefits:
Based on your skill, you will get a pay of range 2,500.00 AED – 3,500.00 AED
Accommodation will be provided.
Other benefits will be provided as per UAE law
