Responsibilities:- Oversee daily spa reception operations and provide exceptional guest services- Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience with excellent communication skills- Handle spa bookings, inquiries, and appointment scheduling- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment Requirements:- Previous experience in spa or reception services- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Hardworking, reliable, and proactive- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
