Job Responsibilities:
– Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate investments, buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
– Assist clients in understanding market trends and property values.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
– Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
– Advise clients on legal and financial aspects of property deals.
– Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
– Stay updated with the latest market trends and property developments in Dubai.
– Ensure all client information is kept confidential and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
– Preferably with experience in real estate .
– Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
