Position: Foreman – Utilities(Road and Infrastructure)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Foreman – Utilities (Road and Infrastructure) to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems related to roads and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with project managers to ensure utility installations are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise a team of utility workers and provide training and guidance as needed.
Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for utility installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during utility installations.
Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to plan utility installations according to project specifications.
Candidate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in utilities or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a foreman in utilities, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in utility installations.
Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
