Foreman/ Site Supervisor- Interior Fitout Jobs in Dubai at Infinium Associates
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with expertise in healthcare accounting. The successful candidate will manage hospital receivables, VAT compliance, and revenue-sharing arrangements with doctors, while providing key financial insights through Management Information Systems (MIS).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely Submission and collections . This is the job of RCM for timely submission and collection, and Senior accountant role is oversee the reconciliation between claims submitted and received to our bank account, and prepare accounts receivables ageing report.
Revenue reconciliation.
Revenue leakage audit.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and prepare timely VAT returns. Ensure compliance of VAT Input & Output with FTA requirements and preparing VAT returns.
Generate and analyze financial reports, offering insights into hospital performance.
Manage doctor revenue share profiles, ensuring proper calculation and payment of earnings.
Work with hospital departments to optimize financial operations and reporting.
Preparing monthly closing and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of VAT laws, receivables management, and healthcare revenue models.
Proficiency in Excel and MS office
Bilingual.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
