Foreman – Projects Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Taqeef
Role:
- Monitor and follow up on the installation progress of the projects supplied by the company.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure projects are completed as per the agreed scope of work and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project installation work on sites for VRF, Chiller, and DX products and report the progress status to the Sr. Engineer – Projects Ops.
- Complete site inspections and verify materials quality for installation.
- Ensure the quality compliance of the installation for products completed by subcontractors.
- Follow-up on subcontractors’ work to ensure the projects are completed as per the agreed deadline and scope of work.
- Provide technical support to subcontractors on air – conditioning equipment and system installation when and as required.
- Produce periodic technical and quality reports.
- Support Sr. Engineer – Projects Operations with various technical tasks at sites as requested.
- Follow and maintain health and safety procedures and measures, and appropriate PPE during the works on sites.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning field
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the HVAC field with at least 3 to 4 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work.
- Ability to prepare estimates and order materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of DX, VRF, Chiller, Packaged and Split units
- Intermediate level of MS Office.
- Fluent English skills, Arabic is an advantage.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
