Foreman – Oil & Gas (ADNOC Experience Required)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Foreman with ADNOC project experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate should have strong experience in steel structure fabrication and erection works, site supervision, and workforce coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise steel structure fabrication and erection activities at site.
- Coordinate daily work activities and manage site manpower.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Monitor material usage, equipment, and productivity at site.
- Report daily progress and site issues to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas projects is mandatory.
- ADNOC project experience is required.
- Strong experience in steel structure works and site supervision.
- Knowledge of fabrication, erection, and construction activities.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
