Foreman- Marble Jobs in Abu Dhabi at IMADA Construction Materials
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
- Assist in planning resources, materials, and labor allocation.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior workers and new team members.
- Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in marble field is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
